2010 Liberty Township Fall Soccer Registration

SOCCER REGISTRATION STILL OPEN (KINDERGARTEN ONLY)

Kindergarten Registration is $20 (a shirt is included in this cost).

Below please find a registration form, you may also drop the form with your check in an envelope marked LTRC at the municipal building (there is an after hours drop slot to the right of the door).

(Reminder: If your child is a Liberty resident looking to play Recreation Soccer in the Fall (not Travel soccer), you need to register with the LTRC NOT the Independence Soccer Club.)

The LTRC is a volunteer based organization and only with your help can we provide programs for the town of Liberty. We currently have the following positions open:

  • 2010 Field Coordinator

We also have openings on the Commission:

  • 1 open Commission seat
  • 2 open Alternate Commission seats

Free Union Field Playground Repaired and Reopened

A Public Service Announcement From the Hackettstown Police Department:

On 5/25/10 at approx 5:00pm 2 JV females were walking home from school on Washington St. between Center St. and Warren St. when the 2 females were approached by a male in a red conversion van. The male in the vehicle motioned for the 2 females to come to his vehicle. The male then got out of this vehicle and the 2 females then ran away. The male driver is described as a white male in his mid-late 50's with short brown hair, grey beard, weathered facial features. He was wearing a red/white blue stripped t-shirt with a blue flannel around his waist, khaki shorts with dried paint spots on the shorts and on his legs. There was also another male in the vehicle (unknown description at this time). The vehicle is described as a red conversion van with a mounted ladder on the back of the van. Anyone with any information about this incident please contact the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3302.
