Schedule of Regular Meetings:
Take notice that, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, the following is the schedule of the regular meetings of the Liberty Township Open Space Advisory Committee to be held in 2007 and January 2008. Unless otherwise indicated, all meetings shall begin at 7:30 P.M. on the fourth Monday of each month at the location below:

The Open Space Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Township Committee for the purchase of properties utilizing the 2% Open Space Tax, and oversees the management of those properties.
Purchases made in 2006:
- Former Lisbon Capri, 137 Lakeside Dr. West
- Former Lodge, Lakeside Dr. East
Current projects:
- Actively pursuing easements for the Warren Trail and
Great Meadows Loop - New York/New Jersey Trail Conference
The Committee oversees the boat launch giving public access to Mountain Lake. The fee for launching is $5.00.
